Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all calibration, testing, inspection, and related services provided by Advanced Instruments. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Services
Advanced Instruments provides calibration and measurement services in accordance with agreed specifications, industry practices, and applicable standards. Services are performed based on information supplied by the client regarding the instrument type, application, and required tolerances.
2. Quotes and Variations
Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of request. Any changes to scope, quantity, site conditions, or instrument condition may result in a revised quotation.
3. Site Access and Readiness
For on-site calibration, the client is responsible for ensuring safe access, suitable working conditions, and instrument availability. Delays or incomplete access may result in additional charges.
4. Calibration Results
Calibration results are recorded objectively and without adjustment. Instruments found outside specification will be clearly identified. No guarantee is made that an instrument will pass calibration.
5. Certificates and Documentation
Calibration certificates reflect the condition of the instrument at the time of test. Certificates must not be altered or misrepresented. Advanced Instruments accepts no responsibility for misuse or misinterpretation of calibration documentation.
6. Equipment Condition
Instruments presented for calibration should be safe, clean, and suitable for testing. Advanced Instruments reserves the right to refuse service where equipment is unsafe, damaged, or unsuitable.
7. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are 30 days from invoice date. Overdue accounts may incur interest and recovery costs. Advanced Instruments reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
8. Ownership of Goods
Ownership of calibration certificates and associated documentation remains with Advanced Instruments until full payment has been received.
9. Liability
Services are provided with due care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, Advanced Instruments is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from the use of calibrated equipment.
10. Disputes
Any concerns or disputes must be raised in writing within a reasonable timeframe after service completion to allow investigation and resolution.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
